Terms of Use

Effective 12 October 2026 · Kingdom Legacy: The Biblical Journey (the "app") and kingdom-legacy.web.app (the "website")

The short version

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you and Delon Temo, trading as Kingdom Legacy (ABN [ABN]), a sole trader in Australia ("Kingdom Legacy", "we", "us"). By creating an account, joining the waitlist or using the app or website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Accounts and who may use the app

3. Free, Plus, Premium and Church & School

4. Our content

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to get around payment, tamper with the app or its data, probe or overload our systems, or use automated tools against the service. Do not use the app in any way that is unlawful or harmful to a child. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms; if we do, we will tell you why and you can respond.

6. Your data

How we collect, use and protect information about you and your children is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: no ads, no chat, no selling of data, and deletion on request.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the app available and improving, and we may add, change or retire features and content over time. We may need to take the service down briefly for maintenance. If we ever decide to close the service, we will give subscribers at least 60 days' notice and refund any unused part of a yearly subscription.

8. What we promise and what we don't

Kingdom Legacy is a learning aid for families. We take care to keep the stories faithful to the Bible text and the app working well, but we cannot promise it is error-free or suits every family's tradition, and it is not a replacement for parents, teachers or a church. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing in these terms removes the guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a refund or repair where a service is not as described or is not delivered with due care.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your family account at any time; see the privacy policy for how. Deletion removes every child profile and all progress and cannot be undone. Any remaining paid period is forfeited unless the law requires a refund.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that affects you we will email account holders and show a notice in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the app after that date means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of [State or Territory], Australia. Questions or complaints: delon.temo@gmail.com. We will reply within 30 days.
